1.1- Welcome to bestevents.es®. These are the terms and conditions governing your access and use of the website bestevents.es, its sub-domains, sites, services and tools. We will also refer to it as “the site” “the website”, “the company”, “we” “us”.
1.2 – By accepting these terms and conditions, including the linked information herein, and by using the site, you represent your agreement to comply with the terms and conditions and user agreement of bestevents.es®.

1.4 – Before you use the site, become, or continue as a member of the site, you must read, agree with and accept the terms and conditions, including the user´s agreement and privacy policy of bestevents.es.
1.5. For a correct interaction you must read and accept the user’s agreement, privacy policy, terms and conditions and any other information related to the access and use of bestevents.es.
2.1 – Bestevents.es guarantees a faithful selling of tickets/passes for the events, all its products are legal and valid for the events offered.
2.1 – An order/request/demand placed will represent the desire of the client to purchase tickets/passes/passes to an event and places the confidence and resources on bestevents.es and its work and services to obtain them.

2.3 – If the demand is not met and bestevents.es hasn’t been able to obtain the tickets/passes/passes the client will receive a refund or reimbursement with the totality of the payment done to the company, he will receive back 100% of its payment. Please read our refund policy.
2.1. An order/demand/request will be considered effective by bestevents.es once its properly placed/recorded in the company’s server, and we have been able to charge the indicated payment from your bank account or financial entity through any of the paying methods available at bestevents.es.
We will send you an email if any changes need to be made in the form request or we have any type of problem or issue with it (ex: missing information or unable to charge the payment).
2.2. Giving false, wrong or missing information/details required may result in the non-delivery of tickets/passes and in such case the client will be held liable for payment regarding the forwarding and booking expenses. Please fill your details accurately. The submission of false personal details is strictly prohibited by law.
2.3. The client agrees to forward all the necessary information, it may be required to include a picture/photocopy of the identification card/passport or similar, along with a picture/photocopy of both sides of the credit card used for the purchase.
Once or if, everything is correct with the order/request/demand will send you with a confirmation email to the address facilitated informing your order is effective and the request/demand/order is properly done and recorded in our system and we can confirm your request is trying to be met by our team.
The email will also contain all the information, documents and transaction details (ex: invoice).
This email does not confirm that the tickets/passes are already available, it just confirms you that your order has been placed correctly and our team is working to meet your demands.
At this point your order is considered effective and executable and our team is trying its best to acquire your tickets/passes or passes for the event you want to attend.
A confirmed and executable order cannot be altered, modified, and/or cancelled by the client without previous contact and acceptance of our company. Bestevents.es is not legally bound by orders that have not been confirmed by us.
2.5. Please never assume your order is cancelled simply because you haven’t received an email, we always send it, it may be misplaced or lost in the process, please check your spam/junk box. If it’s not clear to you if your order has been confirmed or not, please contact us immediately, do not hesitate.
2.6 Online orders placed during the weekend or after business hours may not be processed until the next business day.
2.7. Once your request is met and we have your tickets/passes or passes in our possession we will inform you via email or WhatsApp and proceed with the delivery process. You will receive all the instructions needed, if you have any doubt or question, we invite you to contact us at any time.
2.8 – If for any reason bestevents.es hasn’t been able to acquire the tickets/passes you requested within the previous 48 hours that the event takes place, you will be informed via email or WhatsApp and the order will be immediately cancelled. The client will receive a 100% refund or reimbursement of the payment within the next 10-15 working days and there will be no further consequences for bestevents.es.

2.9. Our services are not available to children, individuals under the age of 18 must not submit any personal information. If you are under 18 years old, you can use this service only in conjunction with and under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
3.1. The company reserves the right to decide the number of products, selling price of its products, alter the prices of the items and/or services displayed on the website, and it may do so in its sole discretion without prior notice. Quantities and prices of products are subject to the seller´s decision and may be below or above face value.
3.2 – The client will be charged as payment the indicated amount on the website at the time of the actual purchase, later price alterations will not affect the price of any previous order. Clients are urged to know and notice that the price they are paying may be substantially higher than the face value printed on the ticket.
3.3. Bestevents.es® is not connected to any box office, or sponsored by any of the firms, teams, performers or organizations whose tickets/passes this website provides.
3.4. The client should be aware that in the case he has placed an order in the shopping cart but for some reason he did not complete the transaction on time, his shopping cart session may expire and he will need to do the whole process once again. Please check that the ticket´s price has not changed, or be aware of the new price. Such a scenario might occur due to the natural fluctuation in supply and demand characterizing the secondary ticket market.
3.5. Bestevents.es has the right to change prices or add/remove any item displayed on the site without prior notice.
3.6. The total and final price including fees will be charged by bestevents.es® in EUROS on the day of the purchase with no extra charges.
4.1- The payment or purchase of the items on the site will be via bank account with a valid credit card, Bizum, Paypal or Stripe.
4.2 – The company reserves the right to spend as much time necessary to validate the means of payment and operations.
4.3 – The company may require the client to include a picture/photocopy of the identification card/passport or similar, along with a picture/photocopy of both sides of the credit card used for the purchase.
4.4 – The company will not honour any other means of payment than the previous ones mentioned.
5.1 – The only cases or situations where a refund or reimbursement will be made in favour of the client will be when:
– Bestevents.es has not being able to meet your request and hasn’t got in his possession the tickets/passes or passes requested. In this case the client will receive a 100% refund or reimbursement of the payment made within the next 10-15 working days.
– The tickets/passes or passes facilitated by bestevents.es are false or not valid for any reason regarding the company´s service (ex: the tickets/passes delivered do not correspond with the date of the event requested or even the event, and its impossible to sort it out), in this case the refund will be of 100% of the payment within the next 10-15 days.
– The programmed event is cancelled or rescheduled. In this case bestevents.es guarantees a refund of 80% of the payment within the next 10-15 days. The remaining 20% will be kept by the company in order to face administration fees and operational costs.
Any other reason will not be considered worthy of refund/reimbursement.

5.2. Bestevents.es is a secondary ticket market and not an official organizer, all orders/demands requested through the site are final, binding and cannot be cancelled or altered by the client without prior communication and specific and clear acceptance of the company.
5.3. The client must make sure to know what is he buying and review everything within the order/demand information before the payment.
5.4. Once bestevents.es has approved to the client’s order, the order is final and no alternation or cancellation is possible.
5.5. The company reserves the right to cancel an order fully or partially without consequences. In such case we assure a previous notification to the client within the prior 48-24 hours of the event and the payment will be 100% refunded within the next 10-15 working days.
5.6. In case there has been a mistake and the category of the tickets/passes/passes that have been delivered to you bestevents.es® are in worse location than the ones requested, the client will be monetary reimbursed with the difference between the price categories according to the prices of the tickets/passes/passes published on the website on the actual date of purchase. In case you have received a better category, you will not be charged extra with the price difference.
6.1 – The tickets/passes or passes that you are buying may present different formats such as physical tickets/passes, electronic tickets/passes, or membership card/pass. All those formats are valid and bestevent.es guarantees a faithful deliver to enable the access to the event.
6.2. If the tickets/passes of the event are in electronic format, bestevents.es will send them to you via email to the email address you provided us in the request. We will try to provide the tickets/passes within the previous 24 hours of the event as late, probably before unless your request is considered a later order (order placed 48 hours before the event takes place).
6.3 – In case the tickets/passes are in physical format, either tickets/passes or membership card/pass they will be delivered the day before the match to the address you provided us in the request. We invite our clients to contact us at any time to receive information about the status of their requests.
6.5. Clients are responsible to provide bestevents.es® with the correct shipping address and/or other details which may be reasonably required by our company for an accurate and efficient delivery of the tickets/passes.
6.6 – For a correct and efficient delivery, the delivery address provided must be one in the same city where the event takes place. This can be a lodging place such as a hotel, Airbnb or similar; or office, working place etc.
6.7- The delivery place must count with a 24-hour front desk reception that agrees to accept the shipment, or someone full time available to receive the package (so we can deliver them at any time) – It’s not necessary that the client receives them personally or need to be available at the delivery time.
6.8. When choosing a delivery preference (only applicable for physical type tickets/passes), you must update your shipping address information at least 1 full week before the match, after this time the delivery may be done through a pick-up point. You will be previously informed of the pickup point address, usually near the event.
6.9. Late orders (48 hours prior to the match or less), a pickup-point near the event or venue where the event takes place will be set for the client. Failure of such clients to attend the pick-up-point on agreed time will be considered as order delivered and bestevents.es® will not be held liable for the uncomplete operation. The pick-up-point information will be sent previously to the clients via the email address, SMS, or WhatsApp provided.
6.10- . Any updates or changes must be informed to bestevents.es through its contact means displayed on the web, email, SMS, or WhatsApp. If these changes are not previously informed within 1 full week for physical delivery, 48 hours for pickup point, or email address, the company isn’t held accountable for an incomplete transaction.
6.11. Admission tickets/passes for events which are being sold at this website can come in the form of e-tickets/passes (sometimes needed to be printed at home). In which case, the tickets/passes will be emailed to the clients’ email address he/she has provided for registration process. Once sent to the clients’, it will be considered as delivered.
6.12. Admission tickets/passes might also come in the format of paper tickets/passes or membership cards (plastic cards). Membership cards are important ID documents that carry the member´s details and seat location on them. It is imperative and extremely important that they are returned back to bestevents.es once the event has finished or taken place.
6.13- In case the tickets/passes are in membership card format, the client must read and follow the instructions that come in the envelope delivered with these cards. The instructions include the details on the location of the seats at the stadium, (i.e., Turnstile/block, row & seat number), instructions on how to use the membership cards, and very important where and how to return them, and an emergency contact number to call if any issue arises.
6.14 – It is very important that the client reads and follows the instructions provided in the envelope with the tickets/passes for the correct return of membership cards. If these are not returned correctly, bestevents.es reserves the right to charge the client up to 100 euros per membership card not returned back.
6.15 – It is very important that the client reads and follows the instructions provided in the envelope with the tickets/passes so that he has a full and correct experience of the event. If for any reason he doesn’t follow these, and misses the event or isn’t satisfied with the outcome of it, bestevent.es isn’t held liable for it.
7.1. The categories used by the bestevents.es® are not always exactly the same ones used by the official organizer of the event. The exact block, row and seat numbers cannot be known beforehand and will be only known once delivered, before that is something approximated to the locations demanded.
7.2. As there are different categories you can choose from, please consider that you can be seated in any block marked in the chosen category. It is not possible to choose in which block, row, or seat number you want to be seated.
7.3. Bestevents.es® shall not be held liable if a client is denied admission to an event, except if that denial is due to a wilful misconduct of bestevents.es®.
7.4. After you receive your tickets/passes, please keep them out of the sunlight, in a cool, safe place. Tickets/passes cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged.
7.5. The client is attending the venue on his/her own risk. The bestevents.es® shall not be held liable for any damages that the client may suffer while travelling from or to the venue or to any damages the client may suffer while attending such events.
7.6. Except for bestevents.es® obligations towards you as the registered buyer of tickets/passes as set forth herein, bestevents.es® shall not have any liability or bear any responsibility to any third party using the purchased tickets/passes.
7.7. The client will not be provided with replacement tickets/passes in case the tickets/passes are lost, stolen or damaged.
7.8. It is the client´s sole responsibility to obtain the correct dates, start time and pick up details of the tickets/passes.
7.9. Some categories may include standing areas and this arrangement is not connected to bestevents.es® but to the official organizer of the event.
7.10. You shall be solely responsible for abiding by the rules, regulations, policies and a code of conduct established by the local authorities and/or event organizers.
7.11. In case the tickets/passes are nominative (the name that appears in the ticket or pass has to match the name of the users or client´s ID), bestevents.es® will not be responsible if the access to the spectacle is denied by the promoter. In this sense, the promoter reserves the admission right and will be entitled to register the public at the entrance.
7.13. In case the tickets/passes or passes delivered to you are membership cards, you shall be responsible to return them in an envelope that will be provided by the bestevents.es® following the instructions given.
7.14. The tickets/passes need the to be left at the hotel reception or handed back to our courier who will be collecting them. Failure to return the member tickets/passes may result in a penalty or fee of 50 euros per member ticket
8.1 – Bestevents.es reserves de right to contact or communicate with a client by any means necessary in order to deliver a correct and efficient service.
8.2 – If after trying to make contact with the client for several times, this is not achieved and there is a problem with the service, such as that the tickets/passes/passes could not be delivered, bestevents.es will not be held accountable for it and is free of every responsibility, no refund will be made.
8.3 – Bestevents.es invites all its clients to contact the company at any time for any questions or doubts related with its order/request/demand or to check its status.
The domain bestevents.es, related logos, and other contents used on the website are either unregistered trademarks or registered trademarks of bestevents.es and are protected by international trademark and other intellectual property rights and laws. Bestevents.es trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not bestevents.es nor in any manner that disparages or discredits bestevents.es. All other trademarks not owned by bestevents.es that appear on the site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by bestevents.es.
